On a remote Pacific island, a documentary crew is stalked by a mysterious sea creature that has been mutated by a virulent new form of red tide. Cut off from the rest of the world when their rafts are destroyed, a battle between man and beast begins. "Red Tide Rising" is a new take on the classic b-movie and a fun twist on the very real-world ramifications of mankind's environmental destruction.
